We are looking for people to represent their favorite team(s) for different sports. While this is an angle we are taking, we understand this may not appeal to everyone, so we are trying to set everything up in a way to reward those who like to dabble in a variety of subjects.

Here are the current payment options currently available along with others in the works (Beta). We'll keep this short and you all are encouraged to share ideas or ask questions if needed.

Current Payment Methods:

Shared Revenue

Currently, if you rep or manage a team, acting essentially as lead writer for that team, you get shared revenue for that teams items purchased in the Team Fan Shop. It ends up equaling 5% of whatever items our bought from your teams store. So, you can save money and help the site by buying from the store. Merry Christmas!

You also get 50% of shared revenue for any article you write if you have signed up to Google AdSense (free).

We will have other shared revenue opportunities. Under our current structure, these are the only shared revenue possibilities at this time.

Full Revenue

If you have an Ebay store or anything like that, you are welcome to advertise that on any article you write given that you ask permission first.

Bonuses

We currently distribute bonuses and awards somewhat randomly to those who have performed at a high level. This will continue for some time, especially until we implement more concrete ways to make money.

BetUS.com Podcast Contest

6 different members have now won a total of $600 to gamble with on BetUS.com. That number will grow every week, as we plan on continuing these opportunities through college basketball season. Simply FILL OUT THIS FORM to apply.

Referrals

If you refer someone who publishes an original article, you get $3 for the referral. When logged on, go to your profile page. There you will see the "invitations" tab. It is on the far right. Click the invite button and fill out their name and email. Then click send invitation. In about 30 seconds you can make quick money and make DeathRattleSports a better site. * The person that you refer must write, submit and have approved at least 1 article. This isn't to discourage you guys, it's to make sure that each referral is legitimate :)

We are hoping to have these available by next week. If you have contributed at least 10 articles of 400 words or more to the site, you will get a DeathRattleSports.com t-shirt. The walking cane to fend off adoring fans will be sold seperately.

Currently in Production (Beta)

Ad Space- If people advertise in your team section, you will get a portion of that revenue

Performance Bonus- This will have a direct correlation with the number of people that read you articles and the amount of clicks your ad space receives. This will be a primary focus as far as payments are concerned once set up and ready to go.

IDEAS?

Again, any new ideas are welcome. We are constantly tweaking ways to improve and feedback is great. Also worthy of noting, we have MANY affiliates that sell a number of great products (electronics, ect.). If any of our members/managers plan on purchasing anything for the holidays or whenever, let us know and we'll provide you with links to get a percentage off of all purchases.
