{mosimage}OK Buckeye fans-here we go, it is November and things are starting to get kindof serious. We went to State College last weekend and played some ball. From my corner of South Florida it looks to me that the same type of energy and performance will be needed to get through the month of November. You want another shot at the big one, now is the time. Weather for the game appears to be good. 40's to low 50's at gametime. Not much wind and it should be dry. As an aside, our "leader" here at DeathRattle, Lloyds will be in attendance. One should suspect with the forecasted temperatures Lloyds might have a "shrinkage" issue. The poor surfer boy probably will start whining early! It appears that Denlinger will play. Robert Rose is questionable. Homan practiced this week, but will not play. Conflicting signals re Wisconsin's PJ Hill. He may or may not go. If he goes, he isn't 100%. From my vantage point it looks to me that Wisconsin needs PJ Hill. Last weekend Penn State had real success running straight at the Buckeyes with linemen getting on the linebackers. Wisconsin surely has seen this and Hill sure would give the Bucks a challenge. This is one of those games that I see if we play 10 times, the Bucks are in good shape, but we don't play 10 times. The Badgers, in my opinion, will need some breaks, but this is football and it does bounce funny on occasion. Offensively I see the keys as balanced attack and take care of the ball. Great execution jumped out at you from the Penn State game. Just keep it going. On defense, obviously, control the line of scrimmage. The tight end abilities of Wisconsin will be fun to watch as will the Buckeye scheme to try to slow them down. My uneducated theory is OSU has gone away from the safeties who are really linebackers and have gone more to safeties who can cover. Will the safeties stay back, or will they have tight end responsibility? Will we be hitting the tight ends as they come off the line? If we use safeties on tight ends the corners will have to be smart as Wisconsin will take their shots downfield. This game takes on added significance as OSU hosts uncommitted recruits QB Terrelle Pryor, Georgia Dt Brandon Thompson, and Minnesota Dt Willie Mobley. Also, in attendance for their official visits are verbal commits Orlando's Michael Brewster, and Texas native JB Shugarts. For you recruitniks out there an insider on Scout.com is reporting that Thompson was not impressed by Les Miles at LSU because the Fbomb was dropped too many times in converstion. I figure that isn't a problem with Coach Tressel. Thanks also to LB recruit Andrew Sweat for taking the time to to give DeathRattle and Lloyds an exclusive. So, this is a big weekend in Columbus. Go Bucks, and Lloyds-bring home a victory!
