Breakdown:

The Wisconsin Badgers have proven to be able to pump out tough, talented and productive runningbacks. First came Ron Dayne. Then came Anthony Davis. Last year, P.J. Hill ran for 1,569 yards in his redshirt freshman season. The Badgers lose Joe Thomas, but return the four other starters. Plus, it's Wisconsin...where they find able o-lineman in study hall.

He would have a chance if Wisconsin wins the Big Ten outright and he gains more yards than a year ago, along with a few more td's.

The biggest factor working against him, maybe, is that he is a sophomore. The difference is he was redshirted, so he could go pro after the season. For that reason, age hopefully won't be an issue with voters.
