{mosimage}2007 NCAA Big 12 Preview – Oklahoma Sooners – (11-3 2006 record) Bob Stoops in my opinion has become the best Big 12 coach since the retirement of Dr. Tom Osborne, which is high praise coming from a Nebraskan. The Oklahoma Sooners (11- 3 overall, 7- 1 Big 12) finished first in the Big 12 and then beat the Nebraska Cornhuskers 21- 7 to secure the conference crown. They met Boise State in the Fiesta Bowl and in the game of the Century so far, lost in OT 42- 43. The Sooners are almost always good for 10 wins each season, simply by showing up. Their consistency makes them almost a shoe-in for a bowl bid. 2007 Football Schedule
