In an act that rocked a household for a good 10 hours, Panda the Pitbull went ape shit Riley the 12 lb. Boston Terrier who lives with a $1100 pin in her leg. How fragile of a situation was it? I guess that depends who you talk to.

Trying to get to the bottom of things, I first talked to everyone around the scene. "I dunno" one friend said, "it happened as they came through the door, in the dark."

Is that all?

"Yeah. Did you see anything?"

I was watching some movie with Matt Damon in it when the violation occured. It was 1am and at that point it's time for the movie to be over and go to bed.

Riley plays like a freak, always squeeling. Well, this time let's just say there was an extra squeel. Panda and Riley have lived in the same house for 9 months and all has been good. The noise was almost enough to make me get off the couch and check out the situation.

Instead, my girlfriend ran to Riley's rescue, as did her owner and pretty much everyone else.

What sparked the sudden rage?

"I was just pissed off about the Vick stuff," said Panda, a lab/pit mix. "That has me down. Then Riley has been gone a week and acts like she runs the place. Riley ain't shit. Sure, she has dazzling charm and can twirl around like she's all that, but that don't mean she's going to get away with shit."

What did she do?

"She Tried to get in the door before me. That takes some nerve, right?"

Not really.

Knowing I could not get a straightfoward response from Panda and that Riley can't talk because she is always a shivering nervous wreck, I approached a 3rd dog that was at the scene; Kailee. Kailee is a chow/lab mix who is always -uh- disturbed.

Kailee- Part lab, part chow and 100% freaked out.

What did you see?

"Are you being serious right now?"

Yes.

"It was confusing, I was running to the darkest corner by the fouton at the first hint of negative vibes. All I hear is this squeel. A sqeel on top of the normal squeel."

Is that all you got?

"Yes."

Panda's actions were bad. In all, damages cost $66 in vet bills, after 2 seperate trips and a whole lot of drama.
